Raider Shack New York Steaks

Ingredients




For marinade, mix together olive oil, ketchup, chili sauce, horseradish, red wine vinegar, honey, and chopped chives in a small bowl. Stir in a few drops each of Tabasco and Soy sauces. Stir in freshly ground pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Preheat barbeque grill to high. Brush steaks generously with the marinade. Place on the grill. Observe the following cooking times for desired degree of doneness:

Turn steaks two or three times during cooking time and season well with salt and pepper. Top each steak with a pat of garlic butter.
